Randi Mitev heads Curvature’s global marketing team. She joined Curvature in March 2014 to execute the company’s rebrand. Mitev skillfully brought Curvature’s brand to new heights while successfully and consistently articulating the company’s value proposition to customers, prospects, partners and industry analysts worldwide.
Before joining the information technology sector, Mitev’s collaborative management skills and diverse background led her to leadership roles in fashion, photography and advertising. She worked for Ann Taylor & Loft and Shootdigital during her 17 years in New York City. Mitev’s many proven leadership skills include intuitively knowing how to bring out the best in her team and colleagues while keeping individual growth aligned with company goals. Her leadership has helped Curvature increase engagement and sales leads more than 20% year-over-year while aiding continued growth and transformation in Curvature’s diversified portfolio of IT service offerings.
As recognition for her undeniable contributions to Curvature and her team, Randi was named one of the Top 50 Women in Business in 2016 by the Pacific Coast Business Times.
Mitev earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan and a Master’s Degree from Middlebury College.
