All NetSure® options provide complete hardware maintenance and support solutions with advanced hardware replacement, 24x7 technical support by Cisco-certified network technicians, and access to the NetSure Portal. Backed by our global Network Operations Centers (NOCs), Spirent® test centers, and global logistics capabilities, NetSure allows you to protect your entire network leaving nothing to chance.

4 Hour (4HR) - 24x7x365 Technical support with 4 hour delivery after RMA has been approved. No shipping cut off.

Once it has been determined that Covered Equipment is faulty and requires replacement, Curvature will deliver the Replacement Equipment such that it arrives within 4 hours of such determination.

4HR + Field Support - * Field Support is included in all server and storage contracts.

Curvature shall dispatch a service technician to Customer’s location to remove Covered Equipment that is not functioning properly and install properly functioning Replacement Equipment. * Field Support is included in all server and storage contracts.

Next Business Day (NBD) - 24x7x365 support with NBD delivery if the RMA is approved prior to shipping cutoff.

Once it has been determined that Covered Equipment is faulty and requires replacement, Curvature will ship the Replacement Equipment such that it arrives by the next business day; provided, however, that if such determination is made after 3 pm local time at the applicable Curvature facility (Amsterdam, Santa Barbara, or Singapore), then Replacement Equipment will not be shipped out until the following business day, and thus will not arrive until the next business day after such date of shipment.

SDS (Same Day Ship) - 24x7x365 technical support with same-day shipment of the spare. We are not obligated to deliver within any time frame nor pay duties/taxes or IOF fees.
