Earning Prestigious Certifications Validates NHR’s Unwavering Dedication to Providing the Highest Quality Levels of Procurement, Refurbishment Services

The governing bodies for the certifications are the International Standards Organization and the Quality of Excellence for Suppliers of Telecommunications (QuEST) Forum, respectively. This prestigious recognition serves to validate NHR’s demonstrated ability to provide the highest quality levels of procurement and refurbishment services for the telecommunications industry worldwide.

Since 1998, QuEST Forum has pursued a goal of global telecommunications quality and industry-wide performance excellence through its TL 9000 standard. TL 9000 defines the telecommunications quality management system requirements for the design, development, production, delivery, installation and maintenance of products and services. As a result, earning TL 9000 certification ensures that those suppliers to the telecommunication industry protect hardware and service integrity while seeking continual improvement in their business and operational processes.

To qualify for the highly valued TL 9000 certification, NHR provided full documentation of its quality control procedures and produced a variety of process, service and product measurements. This information was evaluated and compared to TL 9000 standards, which are based on pre-defined metrics.
