We realize that in this time of uncertainty, it is important that we communicate our preparedness and help you run your operations as smoothly as possible. As governments across the world implement measures to control the spread of COVID-19, Curvature is taking a leadership role in responding to the crisis and assisting our clients in the best way possible.

The health and safety of Curvature’s clients, employees and subcontractors remain a top priority

  • We are taking several measures to ensure the welfare of our employees while we continue providing service to our clients globally. Many of Curvature’s work sites have already started or soon will implement alternative or remote working arrangements to ensure the safety of our employees as well as business continuity for our customers. We will continue to update our travel restrictions and guidance as needed.

Curvature is currently operating our business as usual with normal operations and support hours

  • With governments across the globe declaring national emergency and implementing strict social measures, we require all our employees to act in accordance with applicable country and local regulations. With Curvature’s global footprint and operations, it is possible these measures or any new government mandates could lead to delays in provision of service and delivery of products. All our service and distribution centers currently remain open and we are not seeing any material delays in our supply chain. We are closely monitoring our inventory levels and ability to ship direct, and to date, we are only experiencing slowdown in our Hong Kong location in receiving imports for distribution. We are closely monitoring our distribution and service centers in the Netherlands and the US.
