Experienced Technology Executive Joins Expanding Management Team to Drive Best-of-Class IT Deployments that Support Growing Operations and Enhance Customer Service

Santa Barbara, Calif.February 16, 2010 ─ Network Hardware Resale (NHR), the leading provider of pre-owned and new networking equipment, today announced the appointment of Mark V. Kelly as vice president of IT. Kelly will utilize his vast experience in developing and implementing leading-edge technology solutions to lead the company’s internal high-tech initiatives.

Kelly joins NHR from Den-Mat Holdings, a manufacturer of cosmetic and restorative dental formulations, where he served as CIO/VP of IT and leveraged strategic cloud computing services to reduce costs dramatically while increasing service levels. Prior to that, Kelly was the president and founder of Situs Group, a business efficiency and information technology consulting services firm focused on large-scale IT and ERP deployments for global organizations. In that role, he led numerous Oracle implementations and devised a data warehouse/business intelligence solution for a large, multi-national organization. Kelly also served as the director of information technologies for Mentor Corporation, a $370 million developer, manufacturer and marketer of medical devices.

A resident of Santa Barbara, Calif., Kelly received a master’s in computer information systems from Boston University and a bachelor’s in management information systems from the University of Redlands. He also has completed an executive education program in delivering information systems at Harvard University and holds several industry certifications, including PMP, CISSP, MCITP and CCNA.
