John Wozniak, Director ejecutivo
As CEO of Curvature, John is responsible for the company’s long-term strategy, leading the global management team in charge of business growth, and integration of operations to further establish industry leadership position in both hardware and services.
John had been the CEO of SMS since 2014, after joining SMS in 2011 and serving in the roles of President of SMS Worldwide, and EVP, Asia-Pacific Region. Under John’s leadership, the company has established its international operations, expanded its client-base, and enhanced its service portfolio and delivery capabilities through its more than 2,200 team members globally. Prior to joining Curvature, John worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. in the Special Situations Group and has also held positions at Ernst & Young.
Glenn Fassett, Director general, Región EMEA
As the regional General Manager of EMEA for Curvature, Glenn is responsible for the strategic growth and expansion throughout Europe. Previously, Glenn managed Curvature’s international operations and led Curvature's entry into Europe in 2002, successfully launching the company’s Asia-Pacific division in 2007.
Prior to leading international expansion, Glenn managed enterprise accounts as a distinguished member of the company's U.S. sales organization beginning in 1996.
Paul Elstone, Director general adjunto, Región EMEA
As the regional Deputy General Manager of EMEA for Curvature, Paul is responsible for continued growth and expansion throughout Europe. Previously, Paul held a variety of roles at Curvature, formerly known as SMS, including Strategic Account Manager and Service Delivery Architect, interim UK GM and the Head for M&A EMEA.
Prior to SMS, Paul helped develop and grow the Sun MVS Business in Spain and was the VP Operations and Business Development (EMEA) for Anacomp. He has also held technical and operations roles in a variety of companies such as E-Systems, Cray Research and Control Data.
Wing Leung, Director general, Región APAC
As the General Manager of APAC for Curvature, Wing is responsible for the continued growth and expansion throughout Asia. Wing’s leadership of APAC operations has resulted in the company’s emergence as a leading managed maintenance service provider in China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia, serving all major industries via its 35+ service locations throughout the region.
Prior to joining Curvature, Wing held senior management positions with Kodak, JOS of the Jardine Matheson Group, and Tecom Asian Group.
Jason Ogden, Director general adjunto, Región APAC
As the regional Deputy General Manager of APAC for Curvature, Jason is responsible for the continued growth and expansion throughout the region. Previously, Jason held a variety of roles at Curvature, including Director of Sales for Americas, and VP of Sales in Asia-Pacific.
Prior to joining Curvature, Jason was involved in the aesthetic medical industry in California for six years, during which time he developed and patented innovative medical devices.
Mark Nichols, Director de productos
As the CPO of Curvature, Mark is responsible for leading service offering development by employing strategy aligned to market opportunities and methodology that leverages our people, process and tools. Previously, Mark was the Chief Technology Officer of SMS.
Prior to joining Curvature, Mark was a successful entrepreneur, most recently with his fourth startup company. He comes from a professional services and practice management background, including leading Dimension Data’s PS organization in North America.
Joe Scordino, Director de integración
As the Chief Integration Officer of Curvature, Joe leads Curvature’s global integration initiatives with a commitment to delivering exceptional service globally.
Prior to leading global integration initiatives, Joe was the Managing Director of SMS. He joined SMS in 1986, spearheading geographic expansion across the U.S., with an initial focus on the Midwest and West Coast sales operations. In 2005, Joe coordinated the development and execution of the channel and product expansion programs that set the stage for rapid growth since 2006.
Wayne Scalf, Vicepresidente ejecutivo, prestación de servicios
As the EVP of Service Delivery for Curvature, Wayne is responsible for the advancement of this organization, investing in the necessary team members, systems, resources, and tools to support our world-class team and deliver an exceptional client experience globally.
Prior to joining Curvature, Wayne held senior leadership roles with Avaya, United Health Group / Optum 360 Professional Service and Consulting, and ACS / Xerox. Wayne also served 9 years in the U.S. Navy Submarine Service.
Sachi Thompson, Vicepresidente ejecutivo, cadena de suministro
As the EVP of Supply Chain for Curvature, Sachi leads the global Curvature team in charge of supply chain, procurement, logistics, and facilities operations. Previously, Sachi was the COO of Curvature, where she oversaw the Global Operations and Supply Chain Management.
Prior to joining Curvature, Sachi was the Leasing and Facilities Director for a private real estate group, where she managed a $40 million portfolio. Sachi also served as Production Director for Big Dogs Sportswear and has more than 10 years of experience in offshore production and cost management.
Elizabeth Austin, Directora informática
As the CIO of Curvature, Elizabeth leads the global information technology team as it continues to develop infrastructure, applications and scalable tools within our rapidly growing base of global operations, as well as perform ongoing management of all client-driven and mission-critical information systems. Previously, Elizabeth was the CIO at SMS for three years.
Prior to joining Curvature, Elizabeth was the Vice President of IT Application Services at Family Dollar. She has also held positions with Premier Systems Integrators, Powersoft, Inc., Computer Solutions, Inc. and Burroughs Corporation.
Steve Favory, Director financiero
As the CFO of Curvature, Steve is responsible for the financial functions of the organization. Under Steve’s leadership over the past 10 years, SMS, has completed and integrated multiple acquisitions.
Prior to joining Curvature, Steve was the CFO of Encoda Systems and Premier Systems Integrators. He also spent 10 years as President, COO and CFO of Mitek Corporation, and nine years as an international consultant and auditor of emerging businesses with Deloitte.
Scott Thomas, Director de recursos humanos
As the Chief Human Resources Officer of Curvature, Scott leads our team of human resources professionals to advance the coordinated delivery of HR services globally.
Prior to joining Curvature, Scott served as the Vice President of Enterprise HR for Time Warner Cable. He has also held senior HR leadership positions at Wells Fargo and Saks Incorporated. Scott is a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. He holds a dual J.D./M.B.A. and remains a licensed attorney in good standing in NC and TN.
Holger Peters, SVP, Global Sales Strategy & Operations
As the SVP of Global Sales Strategy & Operations for Curvature, Holger is responsible for the sales organization, which provides clients with the technology, data center solutions and services globally. Previously, Holger was the Vice President and Head of Sales for the Americas at Curvature.
Originally joining Curvature as a Sales Account Executive in 1999 as employee number nine, Holger has played an integral role in Curvature’s growth and expansion, including being part of the small team to open Curvature’s first international office in Amsterdam in 2002. Holger holds a Law Degree (J.D.) from the University of Hamburg in Germany.
