What has changed, and what remains the same?

On July 15,  Network Hardware Resale changed its name to Curvature.  There are no changes to our ownership structure, personnel, phone numbers, locations, registration numbers or tax ID numbers.  For payments, our bank account numbers are the same but the name on the account has been changed accordingly.  Please update your system to reflect the name change.  Your contacts at our company will remain the same, however our email addresses have been updated to name@curvature.com

What about existing contracts, agreements, terms and conditions, CTPAT compliance verification forms, etc?
Since this is just a legal entity name change, all existing documents are still in-force. Future documents will be drafted using the new legal entity name(s) listed above.

Customers

What about placing orders?
Starting July 15, 2014 the vendor name on your purchase orders should be changed to match the new legal entity name(s) listed above.
How should I update my system?
The existing entity in your system should be updated for this name change, it is not a new entity. If you need a W-9 that reflects our new name or anything else to facilitate the change, please request it from your finance contact. Download PDF.  
How do I pay current outstanding invoices?
Our bank account numbers are still the same, however the name on the account has been changed. Starting July 15, 2014 please remit payments to the appropriate new legal entity name(s) listed above. For a short period of time, payments made out to NHR will still be accepted.

Suppliers

How should I update my system?
This is just a legal entity name change, so please do not setup Curvature as a new entity. Update our name in your current system to save transaction history, payment history, and terms. If you need anything else from us, please request it from your finance contact.
What if I have outstanding invoices to NHR?
There is no need for you to resubmit invoices in the new name. Please update your system for the legal entity name change(s) listed above, so any future invoices will reflect the change.
What if I have a PO from NHR?
We request that you make the change in your system and send an invoice to Curvature. If you must, you can still invoice NHR, but please use this time to update your system so it will properly reflect the change for next time. Let us know if there is anything else you need from us to facilitate the change.
