From pre-sales consultation to 24/7 technical support, Curvature’s network support professionals are Cisco-certified and have the hands-on experience to quickly troubleshoot “real world” problems.

Curvature customers can select the level of technical support that best meets their needs. Basic support services are included under the standard warranty with every purchase of used equipment at no additional cost. Curvature customers can extend access to basic support or upgrade to 24x7x365 hardware support for an additional fee. Pay-per-use technical support options are also available.


Basic Support, Free with Every Purchase

  • Provided as part of standard, one-year warranty
  • TAC support available during normal business hours from regional support centers
  • Support includes answers to installation questions and basic troubleshooting
  • Cisco-certified technicians
  • Typical response within 24 hours
  • Access to support ends with warranty; extended warranties are available

Networking Equipment

Enhanced Support, Available with NetSure

  • Provided as part of NetSure maintenance service contract
  • TAC support available 24x7x365
  • Cisco-certified technicians
  • Support includes full, phone-based installation assistance, comprehensive troubleshooting, and configuration review
  • Rapid response and resolution, day or night
