Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provides Salesforce software users with functional and technical support through helpdesk ticket management
Assists in implementation, testing, and analysis of related Salesforce.com applications
Assists with maintaining overall system configuration, change control, and enhancements
Completes bulk imports of data using data loader. Batch updates of data including: accounts, opportunities, and leads based on organizational developments and changes. Use DemandTools when pulling or cross-referencing data en mass
Builds internal/external customer relationships through fast response, global awareness, high performance, and dedication
Monitors and tests new operations policies and procedures.
Performs system configuration of data fields, page layouts, and custom tabs, objects, and applications. Establish and implement best practices: system maintenance, security, improvements, data integrity, duplicates, backups, etc.
Performs administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity, and storage management. Audit data as needed during these actions, and communicate with business when needed
Participates in process improvement activities and provide system performance and usage metrics
Troubleshoots and resolve issues in a timely manner
Responds to support requests and solves issues for Sales Reps and Managers
Participates in cross-functional teams that addresseS strategic business issues involving CRM and sales operations
Communicates clearly and professionally across departments in order to ensure smooth transitions into and understanding of various Salesforce applications. Work with end users to provide best practices and tips on Salesforce usage including training, documentation, and support as necessary
Manages and maintains third-party applications
Stays current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation and provide new functionalities and solutions as needed
Assists in Salesforce development projects including planning, testing, implementation, and adjustment
Creates and updates proper documentation in alignment with audit requirements, often using Jira
Pursues Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Salesforce Administrator Certification
1 years experience working as a Salesforce.com administrator and/or Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Salesforce Data Loader or other data loading tool
Proficiency in standard corporate office software
Understanding of relational data models

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Familiarity of Help Desk Ticketing and Change Management applications (such as JIRA, Manage Engine, Zendesk, and/or Salesforce Cases)
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with DemandTools, Conga Composer, Pardot, Salesforce Flow, CPQ
Previous business analysis experience
Previous help desk experience

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Receive, package, store, and ship products to all order specifications
Properly re-bin equipment to appropriate locations within the distribution centers
Complete proper and efficient testing of all incoming gear using testing platforms and tech logging all testing output into our ERP systems
Interfaces with shipping, receiving, repair, order management, inventory, sales, and sparing
Answer phone calls or visitor messages and deliver them to appropriate individual
Accurately input information into ERP system (SAP and Oracle)
Perform daily cycle counts on all areas of distribution
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
Compose and type routine correspondence and memoranda using Microsoft Word processing software

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or equivalent
Must be able to lift, push, carry, or pull up to 65 pounds or more and be able to bend, kneel, and work with arms raised for prolonged periods

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

One to two years industry experience within Supply Chain distribution
Knowledge of modern warehouse methods and procedures including telephone communications, office systems, and record-keeping
Knowledge of modern business communication, specifically electronic communication
Ability to use a personal computer and various software packages including skills in Microsoft Suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Proven organizational skills
Ability to establish priorities, work independently and as part of a team, and proceed with objectives without supervision

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
Quickly learn Curvature’s product offerings, effectively communicate the value proposition, and be able to react to objections and competitive questions
Execute targeted outbound campaigns to identify new contacts, establish the need and fit, and arrange a product introduction and prospects
Work closely with the Field team to strategically target key accounts
Conduct high-level conversations with key IT contacts including C-level executives to drive new business
Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives
Update and manage contacts in our CRM (Salesforce)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Demonstrated technical aptitude and computer skills are essential as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience utilizing Salesforce or other CRM application
Ability to build strong customer relationships and interact with varying levels
Demonstrated effective organizational and detail-orientation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
