Peter Weber steps down as CEO of Curvature

Don Grantham to take executive role on an interim basis with search for new CEO already underway

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – May 29, 2019 – Curvature, the world’s largest provider of third-party maintenance and multi-vendor IT lifecycle services, today announced that, by mutual agreement, Peter Weber will be leaving his role as CEO effectively May 31, 2019. Peter is leaving to pursue other opportunities outside the Company.

A search for Peter’s replacement has already begun. In the interim, Don Grantham, Chairman of the Board, will take on an executive role. He will lead the executive leadership team until the new CEO is appointed.

Don brings 35 years’ experience, from a range of executive roles at industry leaders including IBM, Sun Microsystems, HP and Microsoft. His exceptional levels of experience will be invaluable during this transition period and as we look to grow Curvature in the coming years.
