NHR was awarded recertification for the third consecutive year.
TL9000 is a comprehensive quality management system that requires certified organizations to have a series of robust controls in every applicable operational department. NHR first achieved TL9000 certification in April 2008 in the TL service provider category. TL 9000 defines stringent requirements for the design, development, production, delivery, installation and maintenance of products and services.

NHR uses a sophisticated Spirent test-bed to perform full line-rate and network load testing on 99 percent of its product family, which is highly unique in the secondary market. As a result, NHR consistently achieves less than 0.5 percent equipment failure rates, which are far below OEM averages for new equipment. In 2011, NHR projects the on-time delivery of more than 250,000 fully tested products and configured systems with an estimated value of over $200 million.
Additionally, NHR continues to streamline its order processing, warehouse workflow and material handling capabilities.
